It Works! Global Greens–Five Servings of Veggies per Glass!

Barre workouts are EXCELLENT for your backside. These workouts tone and tighten your glutes, hamstrings…your entire leg–and they work in a short period of time. Now that we have the in-home studio and gym on premises, I am dropping the per hour fee to just $35, if you come to me! And, with every signed contract (that’s a minimum of six sessions) you get one free session, so you’ll just pay for five! All other pricing is void at this time.

My personal training biz is getting a new name–soon the site will switch to MC Fitness Consultants, LLC, as I take on a partner. My boyfriend, Chris, is getting his personal training certifications and will be the go-to guy for all things running related, and will focus more on strength training with male clients, and I will continue to focus on female clients and children, and I’ll be the nutrition guru.
